Cleared Malls List

All malls are rated out of three stars (***). Here's a list of every mall that I have been to, that I can think of:

---United States---

DELAWARE
-Christiana Mall (Christiana, Newark) [This mall has come a long way! And will soon have a three star perfect rating? So what is missing. Well for starters, maybe bring back the movie theater. Definitely bring back the Arcade! Bring back some of the food court places from the old food court. And for God's sake, make the mall two floors! This is such a normal thing, and all malls should honestly at least be two floors! There is NO two floor mall in Delaware, and the fact that this is going on is recockculous. Furthermore, if the only state smaller than Delaware can have a four story mall, then what is this state's excuse?] [**]
-Concord Mall (Brandywine Hundred, Wilmington) [This mall is pretty useless, and it is probably just a better idea to add twenty minutes to your trip and go to Christiana Mall, which is slowly becoming more and more fierce] [*]
-Dover Mall (Dover) [You would think there is only like five malls in the state, (fifth is Rehoboth Mall, which I have not got a chance to go to yet) that these five would be amazing. Oh! But are you ever in for a surprise, the only one that seemingly Delaware gives a fuck about is Christiana Mall, and that is ridiculous. This is an essentially alternate Concord Mall, with a surprising number of anchors, it is one of the weird malls like Arundel Mills as in where the anchors are not all ends of a mall. Also, you would think that with how far down the state this mall is...and how inconvenient it is for travel for anyone in neighboring towns like North Smyrna, Middletown, Odessa, Townsend, and anything in Sussex County that since it is probably the closest mall to them, that it would be good! Nope! And why the hell is there no mall in Sussex County, and this is just like Maryland. You can put like six malls within five minutes of each other like Pennsylvania and it is completely pointless, but you can't even put one in every major town or at least one in every county. How retarded! The best thing about this mall is that I got calendars for a dollar!] [1/2]
-Tri-State Mall (Claymont) [This mall is just completely and totally useless. It has a high crime rate, and is garbage looking. The only thing worth going here for is to show you how useless the mall is. Go figure this out, how is the mall on the state border, utter shit? I have no idea! Most people don't consider this a mall, and don't even know it exists] [0]

Total = 4

MARYLAND
-Arundel Mills (Hanover) [Ok! I think I owe you guys an explanation for my rating. With over twenty anchors, this is probably the greatest mall I have ever been to. It's not like every other generic mall, where you got your normal 4 anchors, and then your other generic stores...and your anchors are one of the following: Macy's, JC Penney's, Sears, Boscovs, Lord & Taylor, or Nordstrom's.....none of these, let me repeat...none of these are even in the mall! You have crazy anchors like Outdoor World, Bed Bath & Beyond....and even a Best Buy....yes! A Best Buy in the actual mall, which I have yet to see anywhere else....and crazy enough, this mall is only one floor! Also, has the nicest movie theater ever, and a cool Medieval Times, which I heard is a fantastic and interesting from many people. The one and only problem with this mall is parking! It is impossible and abysmal, it is horrible at all times and on any day. It is the only place worst than Towson Town Center for parking, but at least they have a parking garage which is something that this mall needs! A must see mall, only 45 minutes from Newark...highly recommended, check it out!] [***+++++]
-Eastpoint Mall (Baltimore (Outskirts)) [Pretty much useless, you would have more entertainment, driving here] [1/2]
-The Gallery at Harborplace ---Part of the Harborplace mall--- (Baltimore (Inner Harbor)) [So this is an interesting tiny mall. It is like five floors, and completely useless. And you are probably saying, that I am retarded and how the hell is that possible that is sucks? Hard to realize this, but it is a pyramid system. Walk fifty feet, go up a floor, walk another fifty feet, go up the next floor....so on and so forth until you reach the top. Total all the feet you walked from front to back, and you got a tiny mall with a joke of a floor system to make the mall seem big. This mall is such a joke, it has a second part, but the only problem....the second part is basically only a food court! Yes indeed! A two part mall, and the second part is only a food court! And that would be the first time, that I have heard of that. Besides that, this mall has no actual parking lot and is about a quarter mile from the other part of the mall, which is just plain ridiculous. And that ladies and gentleman, is the situation!] [*]
-Harborplace ---Part of the Harborplace mall--- (Baltimore (Inner Harbor)) I love how I rated the second part of this mall, one star higher than the other part of the mall. And you are probably asking me, how are you going to rate the second part of a mall higher, and especially because it is just a food court. Well let me tell you something, brother! Easy! It's food, and lots of it, and cheap! Go figure, due to the Inner Harbor being the most expensive area of Baltimore, with nothing but expensive upscale restaurants outside of this mall, it is amazing and useful that you have this mall, that is nothing but food, good food - rare food - at cheap prices. There are some restaurants in this mall. And you even have regular brand names as restaurants...such as the seafood company: Phillips (which I had no idea was a restaurant). I don't think there are actual stores in the mall, I can't remember --- I probably forgot. But there are random stands in this part of the mall, also this part is strangely like a quarter mile away from the other part of the mall, this entire mall has no actual parking lot...and this area looks nothing like the Galleria portion...and only has two floors] [**]
-Hartford Mall (Bel Air) [Complete and utter garbage. This mall is an example of the horrible organization in Maryland...you have NO malls in Cecil County, and this is the only mall in Hartford County. Let's figure this out for a second, how are you going to have around fifteen malls in the vicinity of the city of Baltimore, including in it.....but only have one mall in the span of fifty miles from the end of the state line (north side....that's just fucking retarded). Like I said earlier, this is the only mall in Hartford County...and it sucks complete ass from a straw. Utter bollocks, if you are smaller than Dover Mall and even Concord Mall...then you have a serious problem. One floor, which is uncommon in Maryland, and no food court (and this the first mall out of like twenty or so that I have been that are like this, and every time I saw this thereafter, I was like WTF. It's not as rare as you think (apparently), and it is as weird as not finding a Hot Topic....or even a GameStop...JC Penney's or Macy's in a mall...these are all staples!), and too many stores with too many long ass hallways that lead to dead ends that follow the anchors, then you are just asking for trouble. Horrible organization, with such a tight crappy organization, earns this mall the coveted rating of zero...the fact that there is a mall worst than Marley Station in this state is amazing] [0]
-The Mall in Columbia (Columbia) [Nothing too special other than the worst name ever which is strangely not generic...but just stupid, like everyone else tries to tell me...if you had to choose a good mall in the area...go with Arundel Mills, it is closer to Delaware and better] [**]
-Marley Station (Glen Burnie) [Garbage mall. Ugly and dated, needs to be demolished. Most pointless two floor mall ever, you can walk like twenty feet and see two ends of the mall. The town this mall is situated in, is amazing and I always praise it; however, this mall brings down the image of the town, and something should be done about that] [0]
-Mondawmin Mall (Baltimore) [I have found so much useful stuff at this mall, I love it! One thing is interesting to note, you won't find much diversity...and unless you are African American, you will probably get eyeballed the shit out of by everyone] [**]
-Owings Mills Town Center (Owings Mills) [Apparently this mall used to be bustling, but I don't know what happened. This town is gorgeous, and apparently old (even though I can't find one old house in the entire town....the mall is crumbling, I guess it is because it is kind of in the middle of no where, and there is a completely dead wing. I have only heard about this concept on the internet, but never apparently seen it in person before the day that I visited this mall. This mall is so deserted, that the dead wing couldn't even contain a non-defunct anchor! This mall completely has promise, but with the way it is going unless it is bought out by a different owner, it will probably be demolished in no time! And I would hate to see that happen to such a promising area. One thing to note about this mall, it has the dreaded Stacker game (which is probably a scam), but seemingly me and my friends spent more time here at this game than the actual mall...and were quite addicted and two of my friends were doing quite well (one of them reached the top twice and failed, I almost had a Nintendo DS...DAMN!] [*]
-Security Square Mall (Woodlawn, Baltimore County) [How do you have two of the same named city in a state...that's just a mess. Now this is a fun and interesting mall right here. Only mall that I have ever seen that would rather put the Gamestop outside of the mall in a strip mall in the parking. Some other really interesting notes about this unique mall are that it contains: a Rent-A-Center type of store in the mall...let alone it be an actual anchor....a fuckload of Beauty stores (which is most likely due to it's ridiculously high African American population in the mall), and the part that breaks the racial barrier, instead of having all anchors in the mall...the mall owners decided to connect a full farmers market and basically indoor strip mall directly to the mall. Here is where your other races (none of which are Caucasian come in...such as Asian and Hispanic). Oh! And did I forget to mention that there is a full arcade and fun center in the basement. This was the first mall I have ever seen with a basement. And also the first mall that has a business areas upstairs that has a balcony. And after these fun facts, this is why this somewhat generic and ugly interior based mall...gets the nice rating of two!] [**]
-The Shops at Kenilworth (Towson) [Isn't really much of a mall, and nobody will have heard of just about any store in it --- great for food though! I think this used to be a bustlin' mall until Towson Town Center was built (or at least got renovated). I don't see how that was possible, seeing how this mall is extremely tiny (could be a tiny two floor skating rink). Other than that, the mall is surprising up-kept well and has a gorgeous interior. It is one of the most pointless malls to be two floors ever and it begs the question as to if malls like this and Marley Station can be two floors, then why can't any mall in Delaware be two floors?] [**]
-Towson Town Center (Towson) [This is a really freaking nice mall. But, it has the stupidest layout ever. You are going to find some of the most uncommon store, and you will find it interesting on how this mall is separated into different divisions that are split by your spending habits. They occasionally screw up and throw a not so pricey store into an area that doesn't fit the environment. Confusing as crap, this is a very strange mall with a random assortment of stores that go from 1 to 2 to 4 floors at the same time. The only mall where I have seen a 4 story Nordstrom (while the only other anchor Macy's gets shafted at two floors (I guess only Macy's Home Store gets more than two floors). Also, for how big this mall is, it is extremely strange that there is no more than two anchors, and the anchor choices are somewhat expensive, expensive (Nordstrom Rack - and this is the worst clearance store ever, $80.00 and lower, that's not a sale...and why is this store so ugly, the Customer Service area looks better than the actual store), to re-dick expensive (Nordstrom). This is the only mall where I have seen a Nordstrom Rack. Also, when you get to one part of the mall, you will notice it is the old part of the mall. The mall map will probably not help you at all, and actually will end up getting you more lost. Also, this is one of the few malls that has a direct entrance to another floor from within the food court, which I find kind of cool. When they renovated the mall, and added the extra stuff, they added some nice statues and balconies....very eye appealing. Parking is abysmal in this mall and is almost worse than Arundel Mills, but luckily they have a parking garage that is directly connected to the mall, so it is convenient and you will always find a parking space as long as you are willing to go upstairs. This is one of the few ballin' malls that has a freaking Valet Parking, and even the parking area is gorgeous. If I rated past three stars, the interior and exterior design of the mall would give it four stars alone...do visit this and Arundel Mills in Maryland, these are the two best malls all the way up to about 60% of the state from the north end state line] [***+++]
-Westfield Annapolis (Annapolis (Outskirts)) [You think there would be more than one in the city of Annapolis. Let alone the state capital, maybe Baltimore should be the state capital after all. So this mall is just plain cool. I like the design a lot, and that's basically it. It is a really fun one floor mall] [**1/2]
-White Marsh Mall (White Marsh) [FYI: Not to be confused with White Marsh Town Center (because we all know and love those annoying prefixes on the end of mall names) which is the entire community shopping and regional living district of the town...or probably the entire town itself anyway, so I don't see what the point is. Anyway, this mall could and should be a lot better regarding the fact that the mall has so much gosh darn space around it. Well this mall is pretty useless, in my opinion. The town of White Marsh is really nice, everything around the mall is more useful than the mall itself. I call this the mall of food, as there is a lot of restaurant surrounding the perimeter of the mall in a seemingly endless circle....this town houses an IMAX which is a great alternative to the always full for days King of Prussia IMAX, and is a great alternative to otherwise going to Cherry Hill's IMAX, which sucks (I didn't think that was possible)...and you can get to and from here for practically free if you know what to do to avoid the two tolls] [1/2]

Total = 13 (Harborplace counted as one entity)

NEW JERSEY
-Cherry Hill Mall (Cherry Hill) [I found this mall kind of cool but useless at the same time. It has everything that Towson Mall has but not better, because that mall has more. And this mall is kind of ugly. However, it does have one thing over Towson! A freaking Urban Outfitters! Even King of Prussia has one, so I find that very annoying. Other than that, a pretty nice cool mall] [***]
-Menlo Park Mall (Edison) [Nice mall, even I don't remember it at all] [**]
-Woodbridge Center (Woodbridge) [All I remember was that this mall is basically next to Menlo Park Mall, and was slightly better] [**1/2]

Total = 3

COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA
-Exton Square Mall (Exton) [This mall is gorgeous, and Macy's is a whore and has an entrance on all four sides of the mall. And because of this, I actually call this the Macy's mall. This is a weird mall because it continually goes from 1 to 2 floors with even the second floor being the only floor sometimes (that's a first for me). Gorgeous interior and nice exterior] [**1/2]
-Franklin Mills (North East Philadelphia, Philadelphia) [A former nice mall (apparently) which has gotten shittier over the years. I can't complain too much, when you have such as garbage mall like the other mall in Philly, this is leaps and bounds better. But not better than what a mall should be like. I have mixed feelings about this mall. On one hand, it contains rare franchise store chains and I got a season of Samurai Jack for a $1 at Five Below (which I have never seen at any other Five Below again) and on the other hand, I went to this mall years ago...and it used to be the ish from what I barely remember. And who's bright idea was it to close down Rainbow Cafe? I don't even know where the closest one is! I love this restaurant, it was one of the coolest and most unique restaurant chains that I have ever seen, and because of things like this...the mall gets a subpar rating, it would have 2-2 1/2 stars at one point in time, like the mall that I barely remember years ago. This is a really nice town, and I like it better than South Philly in certain aspects, I definitely prefer the look of this town. There is a lot of room here, and this mall could be a lot better, it just needs to be renovated (which I heard was supposed to happen a while ago, but nobody knows what happened) [*1/2]
-The Gallery at Market East (South Philadelphia, Philadelphia) [Ugh! I hate this mall! I don't know if it is the fact that I pay around $17 for parking for a complete waste of time (I even walked out with nothing) or that it's unique by asinine design is garbage. This mall sucks, it is so ghetto that it has a train station in the mall. Go fucking figure, the only mall that I have heard of that is directly connected to a train station. This mall contains four floors, is actual two separate buildings but with the same name but is so pointless and useless, that it is not worth your time. Now you guys are probably like, what the hell is wrong with you....it is four floors and you gave it a zero ratings. Yes indeed! Four floors of complete uselessness, Only four floor mall that I have ever seen with a K-Mart. Something of note, and the only redeeming fact about the mall, the road that separates the two sections of the mall is above the actual mall....yes indeed! You can walk below the road that separates the two malls...This mall (unlike many two part malls) is not labeled differently or has any distinguishing features to separate the two parts...which is why it would be pointless to add a separate part in this blog for it. Also, this is the only actual mall that I have seen directly in the city. Like this is literally on the corner of a few blocks... Anyone who has been to this mall, will tell you how garbage it is. I have never seen anyone talk positive about this mall, and I will not be the first to either] [0]
-Granite Run Mall (Media) [This mall is ugly and seemingly more useless than the mall five minutes down from it, Springfield Mall] [*]
-Court at King of Prussia ---Part of the King of Prussia Mall--- (King of Prussia) [So here we go, King of Prussia Mall! One of the greatest malls ever. Upscale and competitive with Towson Mall and maybe the malls of Towson's sister city: Tyson's Corner, Virginia....the full mall is split into two sections separated by a parking lot and walk way due to the fact that the second part of the mall, was built later. The Court at King of Prussia is the name of the other part of the mall that was built later. This mall is awesome! It's got everything you need, conveniently located 45 miles from Newark, Delaware and is fun, two freaking food courts. One in this section, the other in the other section and multiple anchors. For some reason, the Macy's was moved from the Plaza at King of Prussia to the Court at King of Prussia. Great mall, best Pennsylvania mall I have ever been to, and highly recommended! The Plaza at King of Prussia is bigger than this younger sister part of the mall but this food court is cooler because it has one restaurant that is split into multiple types. And I don't know if you have ever seen this anywhere (at least I haven't)...it is one of those restaurants that have like six parts that are owned by the same person, same design but different food for different cultures)....I like it! All year round turkey, for the win!] [**]
-Plaza at King of Prussia ---Part of the King of Prussia Mall--- (King of Prussia) [So here we go, King of Prussia Mall! Note: This part of the mall, was one mall at one point in time (long before the Court part was built...even the adjacent road changed its name (Mall Boulevard was formerly Goddard Boulevard)] [***++]
-Mini Mall next to Vegan restaurant in a strip mall (Malvern) [This is probably not even a mall, but it is funny and really useless] [0]
-Plymouth Meeting Mall (Plymouth Meeting) [I have been to this mall once, and I don't really remember it, so I will just say it was forgettable...all I know is that it wasn't ugly and not completely useless, I will base my rating off of that] [*]
-Springfield Mall [A very subpar mall, which is better than the mall exactly five minutes from it] (Springfield) [*1/2]

Total = 7 (excluding Mini Mall)/8 (including Mini Mall) --- [Both numbers account for both malls that comprise of King of Prussia Mall as one entity]

TENNESSEE
-Opry Mills (Nashville) [A really freaking nice mall! Heavily inspired by the generic music theme of the town. This mall is actually very new. This is one of the few malls in the world built in the 21st century. The history is sad though, a forever very fun amusement part was located in the area....and apparently business declined and they tore down the park and built this mall and a Gaylord hotel (which is much better than the bullshit one that I went to in National Harbor, Maryland (how is this town going to be brand new and man-made....and have a wayyyy shittier version of this hotel franchise) in its place. Apparently this mall contains NO department stores, which is really weird...considering the fact that even Arundel Mills has department stores. This mall seems was built shortly before Arundel Mills, and is seemingly quite evident as to why these malls are so similar. They are both built by the Mills Corporation (thus the mills prefix at the end of each of these malls' names and are set out to be different from your regular generic mall type). As you probably already noticed, this mall is not on the north east coast like the other malls that I have been to. After I graduated high school in 2004, I went on a competition trip to Nashville, Tennessee. I was in TSA (Technology Students Association) only in my senior year of high school, and our team managed to make it to the nationals)

Total = 1

COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA
-Dulles Town Center (Sterling (part of Dulles)) [I found this mall pretty damn useless. My cousins live in Virginia, so that's the only reason that I have been to any malls in Virginia. But apparently they would rather not waste the extra thirty minutes to get to one of the two gigantic malls (which makes no sense at all (to have two gigantic malls in the same city, let alone the fact that one of them has not been canned yet and there is no plans to can one of them, and unless this city is huge...which must be the case...there would be no other reason for this fact...anyway.....) that are way better than this mall. Oh well! The only reason I am going to give this mall two stars instead of the one a half that it deserves is because the mall is gorgeous on the inside....much like seemingly everything in Virginia] [**]
-Tysons Galleria (McLean (part of Tysons Corner)) [Now here is a really nice luxurious mall. It is expensive as shit, but totally worth the time to explore and spend hours on! I can't wait to check out the other mall in the town, which I had no idea about at first!] [***+]

Total = 2

---Canada---

ONTARIO
--Toronto Eaton Centre (Toronto) [Amazing mall! I have been thinking about this mall for a while. A nice start to my trip when I went to Toronto! Gorgeous, all the luxury stores you need from the American malls listed above and much more. A crazy 4-5 floor mall, with the hugest Sears in existence (4-5 floors)....and it is the only anchor. Styling is on point! But for some to say that this mall is the third biggest or something in North America is a lie, you will clear this mall quicker than you think!] [***+]
--PATH underground shopping mall (Toronto) [This mall consists of five portions: Brookfield Place, Commerce Court, First Canadian Place, Royal Bank Plaza, Scotia Plaza and one separated portion: TD Centre. This is the most confusing mall that I have ever been to, it makes Towson look like a cakewalk. A bunch of intricate hallways, with no directions and a bunch of escalators that go to another floor but will sometimes not connect to the next mall. It is almost as if each area is considered it's own mall by itself because, more than one area contains a food court. There is no mall guide, so you will get lost - over, and over, and over, and over again....fun mall, bunch of stores, affordable prices. Similar stores to the Eaton Centre...this is a great place to shop. The mall is half disgusting looking and half nice, it alternates it's styling between ugly styling and cheap luxurious look as in Macy's...also, it is a very weird mall, as it is entirely underground and connects with office buildings. As a matter of fact, the office suites are in the mall on the upper floors, very weird. Overall, great mall, I like it equally with the Eaton Centre, and so it gets the same rating!] [***+]

Mobile Tracks

Phone evolution:

---Verizon---
1. Motorola V60i (Complete utter redundant, piece of shit. Sooo ghetto, that you could create your own Polyphonic ringtones. The screen was a green background with black text...yeah, really nice Verizon) [2004]

2. LG VX5200 (Got for a week, because of lack of money....never wanted it....scrapped asap when I got money the following week for the next phone) [2005]

3. LG VX8100 (Loved this phone, hated the network, great phone for it's time...ahead of it's time and one of the first music phones) [2005]

---AT&T---
4 / 1. Samsung SGH-D807 (One of the first sliders to come into fruition, fun phone) [2006]

5 / 2. Samsung Sync (SGH-A707) (Ok, so this phone was a whore, everyone had it...if you didn't have a RAZR and you were on Cingular, then you had this...this phone lasted a long time and had quite a nice life....it came to the point when Cingular became AT&T...that this phone had an AT&T version with a few slight differences...quite an interesting phone, quite fun....first of my 3G phones! Loved this phone, but damn...it had to get stolen, until I got the following piece of crap phone!...) [2007]

6 / 3. LG Trax (CU500) (So here's the phone that made me hate LG. Just about everything was wrong with it, I still have it lol, complete and utter rubbish) [2008]

7 / 4. Apple iPhone 3G 8GB (This phone is more bad than good, and would be too long to explain in here....time to present the final phone on the journey of cell phone companies, hopefully I will have to no longer switch) [2009]

8 / 5. Verizon RIM Blackberry Storm2 (Ok! I lub this phone. Everything that Apple did wrong, RIM did right with this phone. Except, the enter key sending messages is offensive, still no flash internet, no multitouch...other than that, I can't complain...because it is an unlocked phone, and not just any type...a Verizon unlocked....but this phone is temporary until the Magnum comes out, which is probably a touch screen and keyboard variant. The Storm is a Bold, literally....but this will be the actual culmination love child of the two phones...not to mention...this phone has better hardware for the most part than the 3GS...well it did come out later, but still....this stuff was available at the time of the 3GS) [2010]

9 / 6. AT&T RIM Blackberry Bold 9750 (There isn't much to say about this one, right here. I was forced to get it. The Storm2 met an unfortunate accident (falling out of a interior car door handle holder and face planted with a concrete driveway). Now go figure, had this happened with any other touch screen...they would have been fine. The problem was because this phone had that dual touch screen clicking thing, that's where the problem came in...self repair was nearly impossible...my phone lays waste at some random repair shop that I found on the internet because I refused to pay $130+ to fix it. The Bold was then very boring after using the Storm and had stupid annoying slowdowns and issues, and even though RIM switched to the Trackpad...it still had problems, and froze up every once in a while and the phone was slow and the screen size was crap. This phone was OK to say the least, also by this time...I found Blackberries boring, especially when levied up to an Android, which was just becoming popular not too long after I got this phone. Androids could do everything Blackberries and iPhone's could do but way better and with other manufacturers open to making the phones...on various networks...with always the newest, latest, greatest features....several months later...it was time for the next upgrade....the BIG one!) [2010]

---Sprint---
10 / 1. HTC Evo 4G - (Let's see, to start, this is one of the most powerful Androids to start with a massive 4.3" screen which was unheard of at the time, until trumped by the 4.4" screen on the Motorola Droid X. It's a very phone with some slowdowns, a somewhat crappy screen, extremely small internal storage, and a powerhouse 1Ghz Snapdragon processor. Very fun phone indeed. And I had it for a short period time because the greatest Android was out on Sprint for its debut on a CDMA network.) [March, 2011]

11 / 2. Samsung Nexus S - (The current phone, and the best phone I have ever had...bar none. Battery life, screen quality, processor, features...everything is just pure brilliant. This is bar none, the most powerful Android phone on the market. It does not have the most features, has a lower megapixel camera than an EVO (but better camera resolution to produce an overall better picture) and no memory card slot (which is completely idiotic for this day and age and in general, unheard of for a smart phone). But other than the few minor annoyances that the phone had, this phone also is the only or one of the only phones to run the amazing Android 2.3 OS. Great phone, just pure amazing and best of all, no BS theme put on by manufacturers or bloatware.) [May 15, 2011]
